The CHMSC, a tertiary educational institution endeavor to develop the total personality of the individual to be a responsible member of society through a well rounded education consistent with his innate talent, sex, culture, and heritage.

LABORATORY SCHOOL MISSION
The Laboratory School while serving as training ground for education students, seeks to develop in excellence and with quality, the total personality of children and youth to become worthy members of society.
Objectives of the Elementary Department
1. To provide the basic knowledge and develop the foundation, skills, aptitudes and values essential to the child’s personal development necessary living in and contributing to developing and changing milieu.
2. Provide learning experiences which increase the child’s awareness and responsiveness to the changes and just demands of society and to prepare him/her for constructive and effective involvement.
3. Promote and intensify the child’s knowledge and identification with and love for the people and nation to which he or she belongs.
4. Promote work experiences which develop and enhance the child’s orientation in the world of work and creativity to prepare him to engage in honest and spiritual work.
Objectives of the Secondary Department
1. Develop an enlightened commitment to the national ideals by cherishing, preserving, and developing the desirable aspects of Filipino heritage, spiritually, morally, and socially.
2. Provide knowledge and desirable attitudes for understanding the nature and purpose of man – one’s self, one’s own people, other races, places, and times.
3. Develop higher intellectual skills of students as well as their work skills and ethics for the wise choice of career and vocation or, specialized training in specific occupation
4. Provide avenues for the maximum utilization of one’s potentials and abilities in Science and Technology and the Arts for self-fulfillment and for promoting the welfare of others.
