ART ENTHUSIASTS' CLUB
It is in the nature of some students to become artists. The school developed this club to showcase the talents of the young artists in the school. The mentor of the club is Ma. Theresa Ubamos. There are several processes to become a member of the Club yet, it is all worth it. The members of the club were the ones assigned to the different beautification of the school which includes the stage decorations during programs and as well as the wall designs of the school building. Some of these are:

Stage decoration and beautification of the area for the JS Prom held at Nature's Village.
BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES.
One of the organizations of Carlos Hilado Memoraial State College-Laboratory School is the BSP-Rover Scouting. This is led by their Scout Masters Ma. Rowena J. Tuscano and Ana Mary Ann Pancho. The scouts of the said organizations are actively participating in every activities held by the BSP-Philippines. This organization, as we all know, aims to prepare the students for adulthood. In every month, different activities are participated by the members. This includes a yearly in-campus training wherein, in the premises of the school campus, camp sites were built by each patrols. This activity is entitled to be a preparation for the next out-campus training.
Another activity is the Out-campus training. This year, the Bsp-Rover of CHMSC was able to join in the 1st Doc Eric Fellowship Camp held in Manaol, Brgy. Matab-ang, Talisay City. The new scouts were able to experience how is it to become an active scout of the said organization. The camp was exhausting because of the bad weather and yet, at the end of the day, each of the scouts got a smile painted on their faces.
It is in the Scout Law that the scouts should be kind, helpful and friendly. Because of this, the scouts of the school prepared feeding programs and gift-giving activities.
